1.Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Products containing N2O can only be sold to people over 18 in some countries. If you are purchasing from a country with restrictions on the purchase of N2O, we will ask for a proof of your age. These terms and conditions apply to all orders for Products sold on our Website. We may change the terms and conditions from time to time.
2. Definitions
Conditions – means these terms and conditions
Cookies – means small text files which our Website places on your device’s hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer
Personal Information – means the details provided by you on registration Product – means a product displayed for sale on the Website
We/us – means ICO Trading UK Limited which is incorporated in England and Wales with company number 08385087 whose registered office is at Temple Chambers, 16a Belvoir Road, Coalville, Leics, LE67 3QE

You – means a user of this Website.
3. Our Products
Products and their packaging may vary from their pictures, which may be for illustrative purposes only.
We may change the Products. If we make substantial changes, we will notify you and you will be able to end your contract with us and receive a refund.
All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar Product.
4. Use of our Products
Our Products can only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and are aimed at assisting in preparation of food and beverages.
If you are buying Products containing NO2 you have to comply with the provisions of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 and clause 12 below.
We will ask how you intend to use our Products. Our Products are for individual use and not for further resale if you are interested in wholesale please contact us.
The Products may not be reproduced, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
5. Price
The prices of the Products are quoted on the Website. If we discover an error in the price of Product(s) you ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Prices for our Products may change from time to time, these changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed however we reserve the right to cancel such order.
6. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
7. Payments
Payment must be completed before Products are dispatched. All payments processed on this website and all other owned and operated by ICO are handled and processed by Shopify and not by us.
All payments made on this website are transacted by Shopify on their servers. ICO does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We provide products that can be purchased through a secure checkout and payment system, and this system is handled completely by Shopify. What this means for our customers is that their payment is 100% protected and you never have to worry about your credit card info falling into the wrong hands.
8. Shipping
Shipping is charged at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping country destination. Please take a look out our shipping tables and weight tables for shipping costs.
9. Orders & Contract
All orders are subject to availability of the Product and in case of the order for Products containing N2O, you meeting the eligibility criteria and fulfilling the Conditions specified in clause 12 below.
If you are placing an order for an item that by law we are only permitted to sell to customers who are 18 years or older, then by clicking the order confirm button you also confirm age eligibility. By clicking the order confirm button, you further acknowledge and consent to us taking steps to verify your age. We reserve the right not to supply an age-restricted product where we reasonably believe that you are below the minimum age.
When you place an order with us you will receive an order acknowledgement and subsequent update email(s). Receipt of the acknowledgement and these emails does not confirm that the order has been accepted by us.
All orders are subject to internal analysis before dispatch. The order can be held for up to 72 hours. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience this may cause you.
Products purchased from us are not for re-sale or distribution. We reserve the right to restrict ordering to a maximum quantity which may differ depending on product and reserve the right to cancel any orders which we suspect are being purchased for re-sale or distribution. If you intend to resell the product, please contact us about opening a Wholesale account.
We reserve the right to suspend the delivery and/or terminate the contract if any Conditions are breached.
The contract between us is created when we accept your order and completed when we dispatch the Products to you. It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct Personal Information and in certain situations, your ID. It is your responsibility to provide us with any further information that we may need to fulfil your order.
If the Product is to be shipped abroad, you must check if the Products are permitted under your local laws. If applicable, you will be responsible for payment of any taxes and duties.
10. Delivery
We will need your telephone number on every order in case of delivery or payment issues. Wrong information provided may delay delivery.
We do not post Products containing N2O to University Halls of Residence, Colleges, Schools, Hospitals, Parcel Drop centres, lockers, Jersey.
This list is not exhaustive and reserve the right to cancel your order if we find that the address for delivery does not pass our internal investigation.
11. Returns
Your right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund applies to most products bought online. Where you exercise this right you will be liable to pay the costs of return. You must contact us prior to sending the Product.
The Product must be returned in original packaging, unsealed and in resalable condition. The boxes of the Product containing NO2 Nitrous oxide boxes must not be opened.
The returned product must include the order information (order number, full name, shipping address, date of purchase, reason for return).
12. Products containing N2O
There are additional conditions relating to Products containing nitrous oxide, because, if misused or inhaled, it can cause health issues, such us narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.
Our Products are only for use in preparation of food and beverages.
In some countries, we are required by law to ensure that the Products are not misused. If you require delivery to one of these countries, you can only buy these if you are over 18. We will require age verification with you providing us with a scanned photo ID (driving license, passport). We may ask you to confirm to us what the end-use of the Product will be and require some additional information and documentation. We reserve the right to hold an order for up to 72 hours to allow for these inquiries.
You have the right to cancel your order whilst it is being analyzed. Such a cancellation will be treated as a rejection of your order and you will be blocked for future orders.
We will refuse service to anyone who we suspect is intending to abuse the Products we sell.
If you are a business and require larger quantities, please contact us to discuss a Wholesale Account. Before attempting to use any of our gas cartridges, ensure that you take the time to read through the manufacturer’s instructions that come complete with all of our Products.
13. Data Protection
We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure and we will fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of liability
We use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, however make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We make no warranty that the Website meets your requirements or is error-free. We are not to be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not be liable for any economic losses, any loss of goodwill or reputation, any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by you out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.
Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
16. General
The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.
Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
